This Privacy Policy explains how Vehthra Merch LLC ("Vehthra," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with the Stori mobile application, our website, and related AI-powered storytelling services (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy describes categories of information that may be processed depending on the features you use. It should be reviewed against the actual Stori app, its SDKs, and its data flows before publication.
02. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information when applicable:
- Account information: account identifiers, display names, email address or other sign-in details if account creation is supported.
- Story and interaction content: prompts, messages, character selections, choices, generated responses, uploaded content, and feedback you submit.
- Usage and technical data: app interactions, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
- Purchase and subscription information: purchase status, transaction identifiers, subscription entitlements, and related records from your app marketplace or payment provider. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.
- Support communications: messages and details you provide when contacting us.
We may also receive limited information from providers you use to sign in or from vendors that help us operate, secure, and understand the Services.
03. How We Use Information
We process information to deliver and personalize storytelling features; generate AI responses; save your stories or preferences when supported; maintain accounts and purchases; monitor reliability; detect abuse and enforce our rules; respond to inquiries; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Services.
Where applicable and legally required, we obtain consent for certain processing, such as optional advertising-related tracking.
04. AI Processing and Story Content
Story prompts, messages, and other content you submit may be processed by AI model providers or other service providers to generate responses and operate AI features. Do not submit sensitive personal information that you do not want processed for this purpose.
AI outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate or unexpected. We do not represent AI characters as real people. Any use of conversations to train or improve models must be described here accurately based on the providers and settings actually used.
05. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, AI processing, app analytics, crash reporting, authentication, content moderation, customer support, and payment or subscription infrastructure.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes. Any advertising-related sharing, if enabled, must be separately disclosed and handled according to applicable law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and reason for collection.
You may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting us at the postal address listed below. If Stori offers in-app account deletion, you may also use that option. Certain records may be retained where law permits or requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, as well as to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws, including rights regarding certain disclosures and uses of personal information. If Stori engages in activities legally defined as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, applicable opt-out mechanisms must be provided. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable rights.
09. Children
The Services are not intended for children under 13, or under any higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Any additional age restrictions for Stori, including requirements for mature themes, should be stated in the app’s age gate and store listing as applicable.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the revised version on this page and update its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
