01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Vehthra Merch LLC ("Vehthra," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the Stori mobile application, website, and AI-powered interactive storytelling services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. Information you provide must be accurate. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
03. What Stori Provides
Stori offers AI-powered interactive fictional stories and character-based experiences. Features, characters, content, availability, and pricing may change over time. We do not guarantee that any feature, story, or character will remain available indefinitely.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable. The Services are for entertainment and creative expression, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Fictional AI characters are not real people.
04. Your Content and License
You retain any ownership rights you have in prompts, text, images, or other materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Vehthra and its service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, protect, and improve the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law. We may remove content or limit access to protect users, comply with legal requirements, or enforce these Terms.
05. AI-Generated Content
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use AI-generated content made available to you through the Services for lawful personal purposes. We do not promise that AI-generated content is unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free of third-party claims. Similar results may be generated for other users.
You may not present AI-generated material as factual, authentic communication from real people where doing so would be misleading or harmful.
06. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate laws or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Exploit or endanger minors or create sexual content involving minors.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others without authorization.
- Submit malware, interfere with the Services, evade safety mechanisms, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Services without permission.
- Generate or distribute unlawful content or use the Services to facilitate fraud or violence.
We may apply moderation, usage limits, or other safety controls where appropriate.
07. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Some Stori features may be offered through paid purchases, virtual credits, or recurring subscriptions if enabled in the app. Prices, billing frequency, included benefits, and renewal conditions will be shown at the point of purchase.
Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and administered by the respective store and are subject to its payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a store subscription through your Apple or Google account settings; deleting the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Virtual credits, if offered, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money except as required by law. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store terms and consumer laws.
08. Intellectual Property
The Services, including our branding, website design, software, original graphics, and other materials provided by us (excluding Your Content), are owned by Vehthra or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
09. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a safety or security risk, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, any particular creative outcome, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vehthra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or venues provided by applicable law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our Services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
